Step 1 – Prepare your hair
Brush through your hair thoroughly. Start at the ends and work your way up to minimize damage and tangling.

You’ll need: Tail comb, Hair clips, Mirror.

Step 2 – Section your hair

• Start at the nape and create a horizontal part using the tail comb.
• Clip up the remaining hair to keep the working area clear.

Recommended placement

• 2-clip wefts at the nape
• 3-clip and 4-clip wefts in the middle

Smaller wefts higher up near the face / parting

Important: The top weft should always be covered by your own hair for a natural, seamless result.

Step 3 – Attach the first row of BHBD Clips
Measure which weft width fits each section (depending on your head shape).
Choose a clip-in weft that matches the width of your parting. (Tip: Start at the nape with a 2-clip weft.)

Open the small clips on the weft.
Place the weft close to the scalp and press the clips firmly into place.
Make sure the weft feels secure and lies flat against the scalp.

Step 4 – Continue applying upwards

• Create a new horizontal part about 2–3 cm above the first.
• Adjust the weft width to match your head shape.
• Repeat the steps until all wefts are in place.

Step 5 – Place wefts near the face / parting

• Add 1-clip wefts near the face or parting for extra volume and fullness.
• If you have a side part, place more wefts on the heavier side for better balance and blending.

Step 6 – Blend and style

• Gently brush through your hair so your natural hair and the extensions blend seamlessly.
• If needed, the ends can be thinned out by a BHBD stylist for a softer, more natural transition—especially if you want to wear your hair straight without styling.
• Style as desired using heat tools, and always use BHBD Hero Mist as heat protection.

The result: Natural length, volume, and fullness in just a few minutes.

1. Brush the hair
Remove your extensions and carefully brush through them with a BHBD Paddle brush until they are completely tangle-free. Always start from the ends and work your way up through the lengths.

2. Wet the hair
Soak the extensions in a bowl or sink filled with water.

3. Cleanse with BHBD Shampoo
Apply BHBD Shampoo and gently massage it in the hair’s natural direction. Do not rub. Rinse thoroughly and repeat twice.

4. Moisturize with BHBD Mask
Gently squeeze out excess water and towel-dry the hair. Then apply BHBD Mask to the lengths, avoiding the attachments.
Leave on for 5–15 minutes (or longer if the hair is very dry). Rinse thoroughly.

5. Finish with BHBD Conditioner
Apply BHBD Conditioner to the lengths, avoiding the attachments, then rinse thoroughly.

6. Dry your BHBD clip-in extensions
Apply BHBD Hero Mist to the lengths. The best way to dry your clip-in extensions is to let them air dry on a towel. If you use a hairdryer, use low heat and blow-dry in the direction of the hair, from top to bottom, to reduce frizz.
Always use heat protection – BHBD Hero Mist.

7. Styling
Always use BHBD Hero Mist as heat protection.
Avoid high heat, maximum 185°C.
You can choose whether to style the extensions before applying them or once they are in your hair.

To ensure your BHBD clip-in extensions last as long as possible, proper care and maintenance are essential. With the right handling, products, and routine, you can preserve the hair’s quality, shine, and longevity.

Things to keep in mind:

• Wash your clip-ins as needed. If you use them daily, we recommend washing them once every one to two weeks. With less frequent use, wash them when necessary.
• If the hair starts to feel dry or your styling doesn’t hold as well, it’s a sign that the extensions need to be washed and moisturized.
• Never sleep, shower, or swim while wearing your extensions.
• Brush the hair gently before and after use. Start from the ends and work your way up.
• Store them in a silk bag if possible, and avoid direct sunlight.
• Avoid high heat and always use heat protection when styling with hot tools.
