Welcome to BHBD! We want you to feel confident and secure when shopping with us. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through bhbd.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms “BHBD”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Big Hair Big Dreams AB.
1. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it.
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@bhbd.com.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse of our services, payment issues, or technical errors affecting the order.
2. Custom Orders
A custom order is a product manufactured or adapted according to your specific requests, such as a wig in a custom colour, length or variation that is not part of our standard collection.
Estimated delivery time for custom orders is approximately 8–10 weeks.
Custom orders are binding. Once production has begun, they cannot be changed, cancelled or returned.
A 20% deposit of the total order value is required when placing a custom order. This amount will be deducted from the final payment.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the country you are shopping from.
For orders within the EU, VAT is included where applicable.
For orders outside the EU, VAT is not charged. Customs duties, import taxes and other local fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
The currency displayed at checkout is the currency that will be charged.
We currently accept the following payment methods:

For card payments, payment is charged when the order is placed.
4. Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes, promotional offers, bundles and campaigns cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or adjust discounts that have been applied incorrectly due to technical errors, misuse or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Pricing & Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability and other information on our website are accurate.
However, typographical errors, technical issues or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, cancel or refuse orders affected by obvious pricing errors or technical mistakes. If payment has already been received, it will be refunded using the original payment method.
6. Product Information & Natural Variations
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and individual perception.
Products made from 100% Remy human hair are natural products. Slight variations in colour, texture, density, wave pattern and movement are natural characteristics and contribute to the uniqueness of each product. These variations should not be considered manufacturing defects.
We recommend reviewing product descriptions and images carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding colour, construction or product specifications, please contact our customer service before purchasing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

8. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused by the customer, returned due to an incorrect delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, or unpaid customs duties or import fees, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping, return shipping, customs, handling or administrative costs incurred, where permitted by applicable law.
9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Complaints & Warranty
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bhbd.com and include photographs together with a description of the issue.
We handle complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where a complaint is approved, we will repair, replace or refund the product, depending on the circumstances.
11. Misuse of Our Services
Our products and services are intended for genuine consumer purchases.
If we reasonably believe that our services are being misused through repeated purchases and returns, fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse, attempts to circumvent our policies, creation of multiple customer accounts, resale activity, or other conduct causing unreasonable costs or disruption to our business, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures.
Such measures may include refusing future orders, limiting access to certain services, or closing customer accounts where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, videos, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names and product descriptions, is the property of BHBD or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or otherwise used without our prior written permission.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, supplier delays or other unforeseen events.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of your country of residence.
