Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your have received your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns will be investigated by our professional team and hairdressers. Start your return process by filling in our return form here:

Return policy for hygiene products

We prioritize the health and safety of our customers, and because of this we do not accept returns of hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, mask and the like, due to hygiene reasons. This is to ensure that all our products are of the highest possible standard as well as for safety reasons.

Exceptions for defective products

If a product is defective upon receipt, however, our standard procedures for returns apply.

In such cases, we ask you to immediately contact our customer service with a description of the defect and pictures that prove the problem. We will then provide you with information on how to proceed with the return process to either get a new product or get your money back. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the highest possible standards of our products and services.

Refunds

If the product is received with a fault we are happy to exchange or issue a refund for you item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund. Within a maximum of 14 days, you will be able to see the money on your credit card or through the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

- Contact your card issuer – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted to your account.
- Contact your bank – there is often some processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
